We are seeking an experienced, mission - driven and dynamic Head of Product - Automation to join our client. As Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and coordinating the development of an automated solution applied to algorithmic audit which is key for the company’s growth. The product is an Algorithmic Audit Platform, an automated, scalable audit solution that incorporates human intervention at crucial times to ensure fair, accountable outcomes. In your day - to - day, you will work closely with the Algorithmic Audit Department, the COO, and the CEO and founder of the company.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Bringing in product vision, owning and leading the strategy and establishing the product roadmap of an Algorithmic Audit Platform, an automated, scalable audit solution.

- Conceptualizing and developing the product: collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a platform that revolutionizes algorithmic auditing processes.

- Providing technical leadership and product delivery: leading the product development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

- Developing an MVP by translating abstract guidance into detailed specifications; actively engaging in discussions and capturing requirements from stakeholders.?

- Embracing an iterative approach, continuously seeking customer feedback, and using data to drive improvement.

- Continuously improving the performance of the product, enhancing its business metrics and achieving great UX for the customers.

- Leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions that align with the company´s vision.

- Sharing the company´s passion for ethical technology. Staying up to date with the latest advancements and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Have a minimum of 5 years in a Technical Product Management with a leadership role, and experience in managing technology teams, ideally in a start - up environment or a rapid - growth company.

- Are experienced in developing data - led products, using AI / ML.

- Have a proven technical background with a strong understanding of product development and AI frameworks.

- Have proven experience scaling and leading high - performance teams whilst retaining and growing careers within the team.

- Have strong business and product understanding.

- Are highly analytical, strong on data and extracting valuable insights from multiple data sources.

- Are highly motivated to succeed and make a difference as a professional.

- Have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.

- Are fluent in English.

OFFERED:

- Indefinite contract (probationary period).
- For this position a gross-salary of 45 - 60k€ annually to be reviewed in your first year at the company.
- This position is full time.
- 100% Remote working.
