Status Reports – Collect regular status information and follow up with the core project team. If needed, prepare report templates, send reminders and follow up on completion.

Project management and coordination duties: maintain change requests, stakeholder maps, planning documents, coordinate communication plan, lessons learned database, support steering committee administration, coordinate project resources and support project workshops.

Candidate profile:

At least 2 years of experience in PMO support work and/or project management support Experience working with interdepartmental teams. Knowledge in project management.
