Scrum Master

Experience as a Scrum Master for 3-4 years (overall experience 4-7 years)

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

•Work with product owners to handle backlogs, backlog grooming, new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity; improve sprint velocity and reduce sprint volatility

Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Scrum dashboards, Kanban boards

Experience of 2-3 years of working as developer in Java projects will be added advantage (Nice to have)

High Level of English (Written & Spoken)
