Qorbital is a London-based Fintech start-up, focused on deploying to market a white-label banking-as-a-service (BaaS) solution. Our technology debuts a next generation, "coreless" banking structure that acts as a single unified system, integrates regional variations in processes and regulations, and scales globally. Our focus is on capturing real-time payments and services users, and out-competing legacy banking entities that are unable to adapt to emergent market forces.
That´s a greenfield project building a multi-cloud banking platform where we are using the latest technology (Istio, k8, Kafka, Cassandra, etc) , latest architectural approaches (event-driven, microservices, DDD, etc) with the best DevOps team where all is IaC and automation.
We are looking for Senior Java developers ideally located in the Canary Island or Galicia, but any other area of Spain is also ok. We are a Remote First employer.
Main Skill - Java and Microservices
Nice to have skills - Java Springboot, Node, AWS, New SQL, Cassandra, Mobile, Kafka
Functional knowledge - it is not required, but knowledge in finance, crypto, and payments will be very nice to have.
English: Depending on the role, it is mandatory to understand English conversations for Junior positions and be able to speak English at a technical level, for Senior positions.
