As a Senior-Level Azure Subject Matter Expert, you will work in a 2- level support in an Azure Monitoring service.
You´ll Carry out technical monitoring in management of alerts and incidents.
Have ability to investigate alerts to improve infrastructure performance.
Supervise an operations team. Carry a direct communication with the client to see progress and status of the project, tasks, improvements, etc.
Collaborate closely with Level 2 Cloud Engineers on a client side to follow up on open incidents, monitoring subjects, constant improvements.
Be an Expert support to Cloud Operators for complex incidents.
Train Cloud Operators in their daily tasks, detecting technical gaps and supervising team’s training.
Be a technical reference for a project manager.
Needed:
- Minimum one year experience using Azure.
- Minimum one year experience in Linux administration. Basis knowledge in Nagios and Veeam.
Investigation and problems solving capacity.
Developed communication skills. Continuous improvement, implementation of improvements. English language, B2 highly recommended.
Additional complementary knowledge: - Ansible. - Terraform.
