As part of the digital transformation process, looking for a Product Manager Salesforce to join the online marketing team at the Barcelona Hub.
You are passionate about:
As a Product Manager you work together with business owners, marketing teams and external contractors on how to create, optimize and deliver campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud automations
You analyse the business and consider stakeholder needs, identify new features that can take advantage of the platform’s capabilities.
You work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications (configuring artificial intelligence like Salesforce Einstein, implementing and developing CloudPages, creating customer journeys with Journey Builder, ...) and enterprise-level marketing automation products
You define digital marketing metrics in our campaigns
You manage marketing channels with focus on email
You analyse data, especially customer data measure and optimise campaigns and workflows
You identify architectural topics as well as optimization potentials and continuous improvement opportunities along process design, solution development, and IT deployment
You manage the product backlog and define and prioritise features for the feature sprint.
You and us – the perfect match
More important to us than a degree is practical experience in a comparable field
You have 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud systems and experience with ecom platforms
You have experience with initiating and implementing features and campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
You have practical experience with database systems (SQL)
You have experience working in an agile environment ideally have experience with scaled agile framework
You have knowledge in digital marketing and/or CRM
You are very familiar with Google Analytics and channel tracking events
You can present complex issues in a comprehensible way, both orally and in writing
You are comfortable working with cross functional agile teams
You are willing to actively shape future-proof processes and make decisions on the further direction of technical development
You are highly reliable and precise in your work and like „Hands on“ approaches
You speak English fluentl
You ideally have already acquired the «Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant» certificate
