Location: Madrid.
Full remote.
Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
* Remove obstacles that hinder the team´s progress, and report upwards to management.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master. (+3 years)
* Very strong with JIRA (+3 years).
* Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Fluent English.
Nice to have skills:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
