We need a Senior Python Engineer to improve the codebase quality, testing infrastructure, and reliability of our document processing platforms. You´ll focus on refactoring complex components, implementing comprehensive testing, and establishing engineering best practices. Department: GenAI Document Extractions Technical Requirements • Must Have: o 5+ years Python development in production systems o Strong experience with FastAPI or similar async frameworks o Experience with LangChain/LangGraph o Expertise in pytest and testing strategies for complex systems o Experience with code refactoring and technical debt reduction o Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB o Advanced level of English • Nice to Have: o Knowledge of UV for dependency management o Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
FORMATO DE TRABAJO: Híbrido, asistir a las oficinas de Barcelona esporádicamente (El candidato puede estar en cualquier lugar de España, mientras pueda eventualmente asistir a las oficinas de Barcelona).
