🚀 Real Estate Business Development & Outreach Coordinator (Remote)
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven professional to support lead generation, outreach and business development initiatives within the real estate industry.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities and managing outreach efforts from prospecting through follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and generate high-quality leads through research, prospecting and outreach
✅ Execute email, phone and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
✅ Manage and maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
✅ Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships
✅ Track outreach activities, engagement and lead status
✅ Pull and target off-market and expired property opportunities
✅ Support business development and client acquisition initiatives
✅ Maintain organized databases, SOPs and outreach documentation
✅ Collaborate with team members to improve lead generation processes
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Previous experience in the real estate industry
⭐ Experience working with real estate agents, brokers, investors or property management companies
⭐ Knowledge of real estate prospecting, lead management and client acquisition
⭐ Experience sourcing off-market, expired or investment opportunities
⭐ Business development, sales or appointment-setting experience

Requirements:

📈 Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, business development or sales
Previous real estate experience or industry knowledge strongly preferred
